New Locations for Yoga Classes beginning February 12th

I am grateful to Dr. Netuschil, her sister Rina RN and Mallory her office manager for allowing us to practice yoga in such as beautiful space for so many years.  I am wishing them well with the new pain clinic coming in March.

Thursdays 6:00pm Evening Yoga a strong practice to release accumulated tension, encourage better sleep and overall balance. Class slows down and ends with restorative postures (all levels). (Now located at 780 Smithridge Dr #300 Reno, NV 89502)

Tuesdays 9:30am Taoist 

Hatha Yoga Yinasana combined with Tai Chi, Qigong gentle yet powerful practice ending with a 10 minute meditation (all levels).

Wednesdays 9:30am Yin Yoga 

support muscles, connective tissue, body healing and rejuvenation. Complements more intense yoga practices/activities (all levels).

Thursdays 12:15 - 1:25 Multi-level Yoga (located at Yoga Loka)

Transform and come into your center using Yoga and Ayurveda combined.  This practice includes postures, alignment, breath & more. (All levels) (Aspired Elements packages not applicable)

Thursdays 6:00pm Evening Yoga

Fridays 10:00am Mulit-Level Yoga

challenge the body and encourage growth. A well-rounded practice that may include arm balances, head/hand stands and more. (Variations provided for all levels)
