Yoga Schedule
Yoga classes are currently available some in person and all online. You can purchase classes here and sign up by contacting Marie at marie@aspiredelements.com and will be sent the link for the specified class.
Monday Evening Yoga
Mondays at 6:00 pm
This class is designed as a master class to give you a practice as well as provide an opportunity to grow in your knowledge of Yoga. We will learn about alignment, different styles of yoga, and take a few consecutive weeks to learn Chakras by designating a class to each one. We will work with mantras, meditation styles, sound and chanting, bandhas, Ayurvedic principles, energetics and more.
Taoist Hatha Yoga
Tuesdays at 9:00am
A unique blend of Tai Chi and Qi Gong with Hatha Yoga. This class will make you feel open and vibrant. Open the channels of the body to eliminate tension, stiffness, blocks and resistance. Builds the prana (vital force) and by doing so you will feel connected, grounded and occupy the body.
Yin Yoga
Wednesdays at 9:00am
Yin Yoga moves slow and hold postures for long periods of time to support muscles, connective tissues, fascia, and the deeper tissues of the body. It is deeply rejuvenating and complements more intense exercise/activities and yoga practices. Allows for deep healing of the body. This class is available online and in person.
Multilevel Yoga
Tuesdays at 12pm
Note: This class is located at Crunch Fitness. Coming into your Center is an individualized practice for all levels and body types offering students a personal experience that involves appropriate variations of the sequence of yoga postures. This class, being held during Pitta time of day, is designed to center, balance, and give ease to the body and mind. As a result, tension and resistance will be released. Yoga and Ayurveda will be integrated into this practice as they are sister sciences. You will learn about the elements of Ayurveda, how they play out in the body and how to use your Yoga practice to bring them into balance.
Ayurveda Weekly
Thursdays at 12:00pm
Ayurveda weekly is a class to learn about Ayurveda, ask questions, and get general solutions relating to Dosha/constitution, nutrition, lifestyle, daily practices, seasonal changes and more. Join this class as a drop in or weekly to get support on your Ayurveda journey.
