Tuesday Taoist Hatha Yoga in the Park and Ayurvedic-Friendly Lunch

Come join us for Yoga at the Park. For the Summer the Tuesday 9:30 am Taoist Hatha class will be at the park beginning tomorrow July 16th. Please come a little early to set up. Bring a blanket, eye mask, yoga mat and anything else you would like to be comfortable.

The park will be the same as last year near Bartley Ranch on the other side of Huffaker Elementary school. There are a few parking spots and you can park on the street. Below is the name and address of the park.

For those of you who are interested following the class either this Tuesday or next Tuesday (we will take a vote) we will be going to try out a Russian restaurant deli suggested by our lovely Marina called Bazaar European Deli and Cafe (it is rated 5 stars - sounds like a great place).
